Electoral Bond Outlet Reports Record Quarter, Investors 'Very Pleased, Very Anonymous'
Revenue is up, names are down. Analysts say the platform's biggest strength remains its complete inability to be audited by anyone, including itself.

The Electoral Bond Outlet's quarterly earnings call, attended by several parties, none of them named.
The Electoral Bond Outlet posted its strongest quarter on record this week, with revenue up an estimated 40% and investor sentiment described internally as 'very pleased, very anonymous, will not be elaborating.'
Unlike traditional retailers, the Outlet does not publish a customer list, a supplier list, or, technically, a list of anything. "Our biggest strength is that nobody can verify our biggest strength," said a spokesperson, speaking from behind a curtain, for reasons the venue described as 'ambient lighting.'
Analysts covering the sector say the Outlet's business model is elegant in its simplicity: bonds go in, favors come out, and the paper trail evaporates somewhere in between, much like the identity of everyone involved. "It's not that the books don't balance," one analyst noted. "It's that there are no books. Just a very confident vibe."
Regulatory bodies have requested access to transaction records for the third consecutive quarter. The Outlet has responded, for the third consecutive quarter, with a tastefully worded PDF containing the phrase 'currently unavailable' in several different fonts.
Despite this, or perhaps because of it, investor confidence remains sky-high, with several unnamed parties reportedly increasing their unnamed positions.
Revenue up 40%. Transparency down to a number so small it rounds to zero, which analysts note is also the point.
