New Hall of Fame Board Confirms What Everyone Already Suspected

A newly unveiled records board ranks the registry's most decorated candidates by achievements nobody asked to see broken, from fastest defection to most confident answer with zero sources.

In a ceremony attended by everyone who was told to attend, the Registry today unveiled its long-awaited Hall of Fame leaderboard โ€” a gleaming digital podium ranking the nation's most decorated matrimonial candidates by categories that, organizers insist, are 'purely merit-based' and 'not at all a response to that one WhatsApp poll.'

Top honors went to a candidate whose defection-to-garland turnaround time clocked in at eleven minutes, a national record verified independently by nobody. Runners-up included the Most Confident Answer With Zero Sources award, sponsored jointly by three uncles and a forwarded voice note, and the Fastest Case Closure category, where the reigning champion's file reportedly closed itself out of respect.

"We looked at the data, and the data agreed with us," said a spokesperson, gesturing at a chart that was, on closer inspection, a pie chart with only one slice. Analysts note the board updates in real time, meaning today's number one could be tomorrow's cautionary footnote, pending alliance negotiations.

Critics have called the whole exercise a popularity contest dressed up as due diligence. Supporters call it 'transparency, but make it a leaderboard.' Both groups agree it is, at minimum, extremely shareable, which several attendees confirmed by forwarding the results to family groups before the ribbon was even cut.

The board will be updated weekly, or whenever someone switches parties again, whichever comes first.

It's not a leaderboard. It's a mirror. A very flattering, heavily filtered mirror.
