Purchased this product for one purpose and it immediately began serving a different one, which I fully support, having also changed my mind about the purpose. Direction changes without warning, which the manual describes as a 'feature' and my family describes as 'Tuesday.' Ease of operation is excellent, mostly because it never stays in one operation long enough to become difficult. Overall: reliably unpredictable. Would use again, in whichever direction proves convenient.
